I like to listen to Jay Chou’s music, but it may not be enough for me. I do know how to play the piano and sometimes I would download some music sheets from the internet to play some of it. The website I recommend is SheetMusicGuy. You can actually listen to the sound first with the embedded youtube video before you consider downloading. Of course it is free and no sign up is required. Most of Jay Chou’s nice songs sheet music are there for download. There are also sheet music for other songs but mostly I use that website for Jay Chou’s music sheet.
